He has also won awards and accolades for his documentaries respectively ‘Sparsh’, a critically acclaimed documentary on deaf blindness helped him win ‘We Care Film Fest Award’ in 2009. After having spent two and a half decades, Mr. Kabir continues to work tirelessly with the sole objective of empowering the persons with special needs and making a difference in their live.
